How do I feel worthy? How do I feel worthy of having, doing, and being the person that I know I can become? How do I feel self-worth? 

The dictionary says that ‘self-worth’ is ‘a feeling that you are a good person who deserves to be treated with respect.’ 

That is powerful. And yet so many of us don't feel ‘good’ in a way that we deserve to be treated with respect. So many of us don't have boundaries when it comes to what's acceptable for ourselves. 

This is very much something that has been, and truly is a lifelong struggle. It's something that we all face, as we go through life where we question ourselves -- we question our self worth. 

In this episode, I wanted to share with you the five things that you can do to feel your most worthy -- five things that you can do to start to reclaim your feeling of self worth.
