Research says that 82% of people at some point in their lives, feel impostor syndrome. Impostor Syndrome has also been found to be most prevalent with women. For most people, Impostor Syndrome looks like self-doubt, questioning whether what you do is actually good enough. Sometimes it shows itself as perfectionism where we feel like you've got to do everything absolutely perfectly, where we feel like we've got to be better than everybody else for us to matter. It can show up as not wanting to take any responsibility, because if you take on responsibility, you’ll have to do a really good job.
