One of the things that I hear most often from people is that they find TRACKING, triggering. People have a difficult relationship with tracking because they generally use it as a way to beat themselves up.

Now, this is something that I can totally relate to. But what I know for a fact is that if you want to be successful -- achieve your goals, create that dream life, the finances, the company, the job, the relationship, or whatever it is -- there has to be some level of tracking. There has to be some way of measuring how you're doing, there has to be some way for you to know whether you're going in the right direction or not.

I also want to remind you that ultimately, tracking is just feedback. It is telling you whether you're going in the right direction, or not. If you need to change something or not. That's all it is. And the reason we often find tracking triggering is because of what we make it mean. But remember this -- and this applies to everything in your life -- nothing has any meaning other than the meaning that you choose to give it.

I have come up with 6 habits that we could measure, that we could track, and that I ultimately think are the keys to building a successful life, building the life that you love, and stepping into the most extraordinary version of yourself.
